The 2025 Holly Jolly Holiday Market will feature over 120 local vendors/businesses providing a space to sell and market your products on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. Two of the BIGGEST holiday shopping days of the year!

Event Dates:
Black Friday, November 28th, 2025 from 10am-4pm
Small Business Saturday, November 29th, 2025 from 10am-4pm
Location: CrossRoads at Thomas Family Farm (9010 Marsh Road, Snohomish, WA 98296)
Located on the corner of busy HWY9 and Marsh Road in Snohomish
Load in/out Times
Check in and load in will be Wednesday, November 26th from Noon-2pm AND/OR Friday, November 28th from 7:30am-10am. You MUST be checked in by 9am on Friday, November 29th, 2025 or will you will forfeit your spot.
Restock: Saturday morning from 8:00-9:45am
Load Out: Saturday, November 29th, 2025 4-7pm (You must be OUT of the venue by 7pm)
Security
Doors to the barn will be locked during all closed hours for security. Security will not be available for vendors set up outdoors, however the venue does have a gate that locks at the entrance, motion lights and alarm that goes off if any motion is detected on the remises after hours.
Booth Info
We will be offering 6 booth sizes for this event and also have room for food trucks!
** Note we will be allowing a limited number of double booths this year.
INDOOR Booths
- 8' deep x 8' wide booth - $300/booth
- 8' deep x 16' wide booth (double) - $600/booth
- 6' deep x 8' wide booth - $250/booth
- 6' deep x 16' wide booth (double) - $500/booth
OUTDOOR Booths
- 10' deep x 10' wide booth - $200/booth - will need to provide canopy and weights
- 10' deep x 12' wide booth (double) - $400/booth - will need to provide canopy and weights
** note we will NOT allow double booths in the outside under cover area - This space is very limited and is NOT guaranteed to any vendor.
Tables and chairs are NOT provided
Canopy frames are NOT permitted on indoor booths
Aisle ways will be 8.5-9 feet wide!
Deposits/Fees
Accepted vendors will have 14 days to pay booth fees from acceptance.
Invoices will be sent through paypal.
Invoices not paid timely will result in canceling of your application.
Refunds will NOT be allowed after September 15th, 2025.
If you need extra time to pay vendor fees, please contact us, we are usually able to provide a few days grace period on fees WITH communication.
Give-a-way's
We would love to feature your business with a Give-a-way item on facebook in the weeks leading up to the event. Give-a-way items will need to be in hands of Buzzing Bee Organizers by September 15th to be featured. Please contact us to organize mailing or drop off.
